I help highly sensitive people (HSPs) stop running on empty and create simple, sustainable energy habits that support their sensitivity without forcing themselves to push through exhaustion.
My Journey:
I know firsthand what it’s like to feel constantly drained and overstimulated, wondering if there’s something wrong with you. For years, I juggled demanding roles as a legal assistant to immigration lawyers and running an online fitness coaching business. I pushed myself to handle it all, believing that sheer determination would be enough. But this relentless drive led me straight into burnout, leaving me questioning my capabilities and well-being.
It was during this challenging period that I discovered I am a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). This realization was a turning point. I began to understand that my deep empathy, acute awareness, and profound emotional responses weren't flaws; they were integral parts of who I am. Embracing my sensitivity allowed me to shift from viewing it as a hindrance to recognizing it as a strength. I learned to work with my sensitivity, not against it (as cliche as that may sound), and everything changed.
Professional Background:
Transitioning from a fitness and nutrition coach to a holistic health mentor for HSPs, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding the unique needs of sensitive individuals. My approach to wellness and fitness integrates stress management, sustainable energy building, and emotional resilience, all tailored to honor and support the sensitive nature of HSPs.
Teaching Philosophy:
I believe that wellness should create ease, not add pressure to your life. My teaching style is supportive, flexible, and non-judgmental, focusing on gentle, manageable changes that respect your individual journey. I emphasize the importance of listening to your body and intuition, fostering a partnership with your sensitivity rather than viewing it as something to overcome.
